California's elections are a mess, as described by Harry Haury, Chairman of Unite4Freedom in a Nov 5, 2025, interview on One America News (OAN).
From gerrymandering election districts that violate the right to fair, effective representation and ultimately free speech, to illegal registrations and votes, to voters who don’t exist, there is no shortage of ways election outcomes are manipulated.
On the ballot this November in California was Proposition 50, a constitutional amendment that would allow the state legislature to draw the congressional district maps from 2026 through the 2030 elections, instead of using the maps drawn by the independent California Citizens Redistricting Commission (CRC).
Haury indicates that actions such as Prop 50 ultimately undermine a citizen’s constitutionally guaranteed right to suffrage. He says the legality of California Proposition 50 will face a constitutional court challenge.
“Part of the predicate of that is to have a reasonable chance to be represented,” says Haury. “The Constitution, Article I, guarantees that we have the right to elect our own representation … and these gerrymandering situations, to the extreme, are designed, specifically to remove your right of suffrage.”
Haury also discussed a recent forensic study of CA voter rolls and voter history by Unite4Freedom revealing that over 18% of registered California voters who cast ballots could not be found.
So can anyone be certain Californians’ votes are being counted accurately or fairly, especially when it comes to votes for radical policies that have led to skyrocketing crime, taxes, homelessness and housing crises?
That is why Unite4Freedom continues its fight for valid elections with forensic investigations across the United States that expose the repeated, undeniable fraud in our election system.
